Confusing billing and no refund policy

The description for gold service says 10 dollars a month, but after I purchased it I saw that it took $120 all at one from my credit card. After I looked at the fine print, it states that they do not offer any kind of refund whatsoever. I think that is really harsh. 120 a year plus no discount on the presentations is not a good deal.
